Freelance Translator

Remote, Singapore Lan-bridge Full time

We are looking for Part-Time/Freelance Translators for translation/proofreading from Mandarin and English to one or more of the following languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Thai or Vietnamese.

1. Job Description:

- Review, edit and refine machine translations from Mandarin and English texts, and fill in the edited translations in the designated areas
- Quality assurance for the product: Ensure the final translated text can accurately convey the meaning and style of the original text
- Remote, online, part-time job with flexible hours: Work is to be arranged according to the translator’s own schedule

2. Requirements:

- Experience with translation in the relevant languages; able to accurately translate and convey the meaning and style of the original text
- (preferred) Experience with the financial industry, especially financial software localization
- Those without prior experience but willing to undergo assessment and training are welcome to apply
- Good translation skills and grammar skills
- Good team-player
