**Job Title**:Scrum Master**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scrum Framework Implementation:

- Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Ensure the Scrum team adheres to Scrum guidelines and processes.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and performance.

**SAFe and PI Planning**:

- Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events to align teams towards common objectives.
- Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Product Owners to ensure alignment with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Participate actively in the SAFe Implementation Roadmap (SIR) and other largescale Agile initiatives.

**Team Dynamics and Collaboration**:

- Foster a high performing, collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within the team.
- Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions to maintain focus and productivity.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Serve as a liaison between Scrum teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent updates on project progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their support and engagement in Agile processes.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Proven track record of implementing Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT or related industry: 5 years (preferred)
- Scrum Master: 3 years (preferred)
- Implementing Scrum & SAFe methodologies: 3 years (preferred)
- SAFe Experience:Program Increment (PI) Planning events: 3 years (preferred)
- Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello): 3 years (preferred)
