**PURPOSE**

Support the Head of Capital Management and Valuation in management reporting and performance management functions, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.

**KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES**:

- Support the Head of Capital Management and Valuation in driving management reporting, performance management, annual business plan and regular forecasting exercises
- Leverage on analysis prepared by the team on various reporting basis, including RBC 2, Traditional Embedded Value and IFRS to monitor and forecast the company’s performance against key performance metrics
- Actively engage business teams to deepen understanding of the business, and deliver business value by providing insights arising from actuarial results and highlighting risks in advance to key stakeholders
- Establish good working relationships with and engage Group Office regularly on matters relating to actuarial and financial planning and analysis
- Support other managers in times of resource crunch to ensure a strong delivery as a team
- Inspire and develop team members, so as to help build a strong team culture as well as a high-performance team

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**:

- Qualified / near-qualified actuary with 7-12 years of experience

**KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong technical skills, with some experience in valuation and reporting preferred
