As the **Account Executive
- Marketing/Events Specialist **, you will be responsible for:

- Designs, builds, and maintains clients’ and GEM COMM’s social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures content for social media and EDMs.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies to enhance social media outreach
- Events management
- Manage and form long-term client relationships with key accounts and strategic accounts
- Identify customer requirements and growth strategies in order to plan and develop projects which matched with their need
- Consulting with clients on project issues
- Develop and maintain close relations with local business community in order to fulfill client’s needs more effectively
- Assist in coordination and implementation of marketing activities
- Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic pitch presentations
- Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
