System Analyst

A 12-months contract assigned to one of our MNC client

Work Location: To be confirmed (during the interview)

Salary Range : $7,000-%10,800 (depending on experience)

**Job Description**:

- Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of IT services;
- Manage outsourced vendors and in-housed contractors to meet the delivery and operation needs of IT services;
- Manage change request, service request and production support issues and ensure service levels are met;
- Review system designs and technical specifications to ensure all requirements are captured to meet system objectives
- Review post production issues and identify root cause and work with vendors on preventive measures;
- Plan, execute and support system implementation, software/hardware upgrades and security patches;

Measure, monitor and continuously improve performances of IT services;

Skills Requirement
- Bachelor or higher degree in IT or equivalent
- Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment;
- Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors;
- Knowledge of web languages (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript);
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure;
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills;
- Self-driven, creative and team-oriented person with good interpersonal skills;
- Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technology;
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required;
- Possess strong information acquisition, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good organization skills and able to work with mínimal supervision in a rapidly changing
