Senior Group Finance Manager

**SENIOR GROUP FINANCE MANAGER**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable **Senior Group Finance Manager** to oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting operations across our regional entities in **Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines**.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency. You will lead the **General Accounting Team**, manage routine finance operations, and support the Head of Finance in a wide range of strategic initiatives, including audits, budgeting, forecasting, tax optimisation, and compliance governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage day-to-day finance operations, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
- Supervise the monthly closing process and ensure timely preparation and analysis of group consolidated management accounts
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax obligations, and HR-related regulations across jurisdictions, with support from local teams
- Oversee group-level cash flow planning and treasury management
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Build and develop a capable and dependable General Accounting Team
- Manage internal and external audit processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Implement and uphold group finance policies and compliance frameworks
- Support corporate finance matters such as transfer pricing, tax planning, and optimisation
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and provide operational support for strategic finance initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA qualification preferred
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional or group-level managerial capacity
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance (experience in Singapore and regional markets preferred)
- Hands-on experience in monthly closing, cash flow management, payroll, and ERP/accounting systems
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
