Site Supervisor oversee and manages all aspects of a construction site including supervise, progress and site management as well as handling all logístical and operations duties.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- To supervise constructions work and construction workers and site arrangement for the work to start on time.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out on time and report the daily progress at site.
- Check, order required materials based on drawing and receive incoming materials delivered to site.
- Identify and assess the site deifficulties and miticate risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
- Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at that workplace.
- Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
- Familiar with relevant legal requirement.
- Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers.
- Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.
- Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.
- Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project plan.
- Pickup and drop of worker with loading and unloading materials
- Assist the engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
- Assist work activities preparing and presenting site inductions safety bridging and toolbox talks assessing and managing safety hazard ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
- Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.
- Ensure safety measures are met on site.
- Ad hoc assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Secondary Education or equivalent minimum 7years experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry required.
- Strong communication skills with workers and subcontractors
- Preferably in building construction supervisor safety and structural work with class 3 / class 4 driving license.
- Hardworking and optimistic with team management
- Muilt Construciton Skills certificate in Metal and Building
