**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist management in developing and strengthening operations processes and workflows.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards set by management.
- Manage customer experience and expectations, attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.
- Network with clients and customers to improve the presence and reputation of the space.

- Develop and execute seasonal decorations
- Manage social media presence - create content, posting of content, and running ads.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
