To ensure Residential Services (RS) planned programmes/operations in Boys’ Town run smoothly. To promote a child safe environment and enhance the youth’s general well-being. To promote the development focus of the youths in RS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

**FUNCTIONAL**:
Developmental:

- To work in collaboration with the various units of Residential Services pertaining to the welfare of the clients.
- To coordinate in identifying and implementing relevant learning and developmental programmes for clients.

Administration:

- To coordinate in the planning of Developmental and Educational programmes such as Interest Groups, Camps, Tuition programme and BTAS.
- To coordinate RS programmes and stimulate the learning development, physical and to encourage the development of social inter-relations.
- To adhere to the SOPs and SOCs of the Home and support in RS volunteer Management (Tuition).
- To support in the recruitment and orientation of volunteers/build and maintain volunteer relation and database.
- To maintain general administrative duties.
- To coordinate in collating and analysing programme evaluation related to the programmes.
- To adhere and ensure Volunteers Management Standard Operating Procedures are met.

Coordination:

- To coordinate in the liaison with volunteers, public donors and supporters of Boys’ Town.
- To coordinate in the network with volunteers and partners for existing and future youth events and activities.
- To coordinate and facilitate CSR activities directed to Residential Services.

**ORGANISATIONAL**:

- To participate in setting and tracking of annual KPIs for the respective portfolios assigned.
- To contribute to SOPs making within the home by providing feedback to RS management.
- To participate actively in all fundraising activities as well as any other commitments that Boys’ Town undertakes.
- The Head - Residential Services and or his/her representative may assign you any other duties that are within reason for the operation needs of Boys’ Town.

Job Requirements
- Supervision skills.
- Basic counselling, Mentoring and Role modelling skills and understanding of human behavior.
- Experience in working with youths with an understanding of youth psychology.
- Mentoring and Coaching Skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Coordination skills.
- Administrative - documentation, filing.

Average Qualifications & years of relevant experience:

- Diploma
- 1 - 2 years’ work experience in working with youths
