We are looking for a Manager - Ramp Up Management for our ATV Division to be part of the Ramp-up team and be the main interface between Business Division and front-end/back-end factories.

In your new role you will:

- Part of the Ramp-up team and be the **main interface between Business Division and front-end/back-end factories**:

- Interface between **internal and external stakeholders **to **manage new product **Ramp-up from product definition to mass production**:

- **Secure early volumes **and **ensure milestone fulfillment**:

- Be responsible for **Change Management **for the assigned projects: assessment & mitigation, change scenario, coordination and implementation, management/maintaining Change Database, etc.
- Implement **ramp up/ramp down plans **of the assigned products.
- Contribute to **business process improvement **and **digital transformation **projects.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree in **Engineering or Supply Chain **, with preferably **more than 5 years **working experience in a multinational company environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with experience in working with cross-functional teams from different countries
- Pro-active and a strong team player
- Fundamental project management skills
- Strong data analytical skill
