Global Investment Control Specialist

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Analyses and implements investment guidelines for new and existing Equity and/or Fixed Income funds/client accounts, liaising with business partners to draft, negotiate, review, and interpret guidelines and regulations for funds/client accounts.
- Codes, implements, and maintains compliance rules in the compliance system for funds and client accounts, in a timely manner or as part of broad, more complex, projects.
- Leads projects and team/department initiatives.
- Trains new associates, act as mentor and guide. Manages the team’s workflow.
- Performs quality checks and verify the accuracy of work prepared by other associates globally.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
**Business & Technical Skills**:
- Experience in investment compliance or guidelines analysis roles; with solid knowledge of fixed income guidelines and compliance
- Ability to be self-driven to understand how and why things work, the financial industry and/or the connections between processes and technology.
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of associates including investment and legal professionals.
