**Job Summary**:
This role kick-start your career in a highly rewarding and highly satisfying environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing relationships, managing active communication with clients
- Developing and maintaining relations with the HR team/recruiting channel partners
- Focused, self-motivated and confident individual who possesses strong customer service, sales experience and multi-tasking skills
- Achieves sales target
- Preparing wage schedules, employment conditions, compensation and benefits for employment approval

**Requirements**:

- Great negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Passionate in a sales-driven / target-driven working environment
- Sociable, outgoing and hustler personality, enjoys meeting new people daily
- Eager and passionate in a recruitment consultancy environment where you will always learn new and different things from time to time
