- Knowledgeable in product-level motion graphics implementation and execution, capable of rapidly creating motion graphics demos in alignment with specifications and standards.
- Demonstrates exceptional aesthetics and an outstanding ability to convey motion, effectively controlling the rhythm and dynamics of elements, showcasing creativity and imagination.
- Possesses a high level of professionalism, excellent communication and presentation skills, resilience, strong teamwork mentality, and exceptional execution capabilities.
- Prior experience successfully leading business lines or large-scale projects is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Malaysia.Bonus Points:

- Holds experience in overseas product experience design.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the financial industry, familiarity with the industry's business landscape, user characteristics, and insightful perspectives on future directions.
- Video editing experience is a plus.
