Our client is a Japanese construction company. They are looking for HR & Admin Assistant Manager (Japanese Language). You will be reporting to Manager.
【What you will be working on】
- Ensure that the company’s hiring process and documentation comply with the Fair Consideration Framework and all other requirements/guidelines/advisories by the Singapore government / Ministry of Manpower.
- Responsible for the whole recruitment processes
- Ensuring that HR policies and procedures are communicated to staff and responding to internal enquiries relating to the same.
- Assisting in administrating the company’s grievance reporting, investigation and disciplinary process.
- Check the timesheet and calculate OT and Allowance
- Handle worker's payroll and submit complete payroll report to Manager (HR and Admin)
- Liaise with Japan ICT relating to IT matters
- Handling Japanese expatriate's housing and medical benefits matters
- Provide monthly Reports and monitor Spass Quota
- Monitor R1 workers and CTE training hours to report
- Monthly Reporting to Japan HQ about local staff and PC inventory information
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior
- ** Requirement**:

- 【What they are looking for】
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR practitioner experience and a few years of supervisory experience.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese in listening/speaking/writing (Min JLPT N2) is essential to liaise with the Japanese team in Japan Head Office.
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferable.
- **Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:00
