Broad compliance role with a leading investment bank focusing on central compliance to foster a strong professional ethics culture. The role offers the privilege to work closely with seasoned financial crime compliance professionals, entails career progression and development.
**The organisation offers you the chance to**:
- Assist in developing and implementation of central compliance policies and procedures that governs a wide array of functions (e.g. PA Dealing, Private Investments, Outside Business Interest, Gifts and Entertainment, Registrations and Breach Management etc.)
- Tailor group level policies to address country’s needs and carry out training on professional ethics
- Identify and monitor activities or behaviour of staff that may violate the organisation’s policies
- Perform employee compliance surveillance and assist in the development of related controls
**You offer**:
- Central/Employee compliance experience in the financial services sector and advocate of a strong professional ethics culture
- Competent in managing incidents objectively and able to reject staffs’ requests that contravene with internal policies
- Inquisitive mind-set and keen eye for details
- Good at building relationships and credibility
