At **Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie**, we’re known for our cloud-like mousse cakes and dreamy desserts. And now, we’re adding **premium matcha drinks**to the mix — and we’re looking for someone who shares our love for flavour, balance, and beauty in every cup.

We’re looking for a **Matcha Barista**who:
Takes pride in crafting every cup with care and precision
Has an eye for presentation — drinks should look as good as our desserts
Is curious about flavour pairing and keen to learn
Works well in a fast-paced, dessert-focused environment

**What You’ll Do**:
Prepare a variety of matcha-based drinks with consistency and care
Ensure each drink meets our standards for taste, texture, and presentation
Assist guests with drink choices and pairing suggestions
Support daily bar operations, including setup, cleaning, and restocking
Opportunity (in time) to contribute ideas and support menu development

**We’re Looking For**:
✔️ 1+ year in a café, tea bar, or hospitality setting preferred (matcha experience **huge plus,**but not mandatory — training and guidance will be provided)
✔️ A quick learner with great attention to detail
✔️ Someone who values teamwork and takes pride in service
✔️ Available on weekdays, weekends & public holidays
✔️ Bonus if you have experience with matcha or tea — but not essential
