Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative duties for mail in-and-out, original documentation handling, business travel, new hires and leavers, leave tracking and general tasks for smooth operations**:

- **Support the Asst Relationship Managers** in the processing of specific transactions
- **Update and support the data archival **of digital documents in the system
- Ensure that data collected complies with company and local regulation and procedures
- Data retrieval and simple liaison duties

Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential
- Computer literacy with basic PC and administrative skills
- **Knowledge of administrative processes**

Desirable
- Experience within office administration or bank processing role preferred

- Proficient with MS Office software i.e. MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel
