Compliance Manager

Singapore FP GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Full time

Our client is a Private Equity firm who has global offices and headquartered in Singapore. They are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key person for any liaison with regulatory bodies
- Working together with the investment team on deal due diligence
- Maintain and ensure that the business is in alignment with relevant regulation, internal policies, and procedures.
- Prepare/ review FATCA/ CRS reporting obligations and AML/KYC documentation
- Overseeing and reviewing the statutory filings for the Company and the funds

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related courses
- AML/ CFT certifications would be advantageous
- At least 6 years of experience in investment and/or funds regulatory compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTeam player and curious mindset
