Senior Videographer

The goal for this position is to actively contribute and add value to our video team. You will be shooting and managing your video crew to meet or exceed expectations at event and commercial shoots.

Success will be measured against the trust established within the team, together with the proactive demonstration of problem-solving skills in achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

**Job Scope**
- Manage & work effectively with your video crew (internal & external)
- Manage video production & live streaming operations from start to finish
- Video filming for events & commercial productions
- Audio & lighting for video production & live streaming
- Operating of live streaming equipment, software & workflows
- Plan, script and storyboard for video productions
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to video editors during post-production
- Communicate with clients with regards to project requirements
- Video editing and post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Digital file management and other admin tasks
**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years of experience working with corporate clients with supporting track record
- At least 3 years of experience working with vendors & freelancers in video production
- Proactive problem solver
- Keen interest in the media industry
- Good knowledge with Sony A7 series cameras
- Competent with lighting & audio equipment for video production & live streaming
- Strong ability to work independently and with a team
- Good knowledge in video editing software such as Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Able to use initiative and common sense to find solutions to problems
**Other Details**
- You will start with 14 days of annual leave, and you will receive 1 annual leave day increment for every 2 years worked, up to a maximum of 18 days per year.
- You will be working in the office half the time, and out for projects during other times.
- You will work in a trust oriented environment, integrity is very important.

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- Weekend availability
