Project Manager

A*STAR IDL is seeking for a Project Manager to play a managerial role and coordinate project teams across different workstreams to support and deliver the needs of the industry/research programme.
Provide operational support and clear lines of communication and engagement with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. This can include but not limited to:
Oversee and manage the lead principal investigator/technical lead, review the progress of the programme, track the KPIs, draft progress updates and document meetings.
Monitoring budgets, reporting and managing risk will also be an essential part of the role.
Coordinate activities with a wide range of collaborators across Singapore and internationally.
Have an understanding of the complex nature of the scientific, operational, and logistic challenges will be an essential part of the role to find innovative and creative solutions to complicated or multifaceted problems when working with internal collaborators and external partners.
**Job Requirements**:
PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology or related field as above
1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
Experience with project management, developing and implementing project plans
Demonstrate experience of developing and maintaining key project documentation to a high standard
Preferred strong background in Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics and Genomics
Knowledge and competence in intellectual property would be advantageous
Highly motivated and able to work independently
