**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Integration (CPI/BTP)**:

- Lead the migration of SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP CPI middleware.
- Analyze existing PI/PO integration scenarios and define the migration approach to SAP CPI.
- Design, develop, and test CPI integration flows ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with SAP Functional and Business teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.

**ABAP Development**:

- Oversee the ABAP development lifecycle, including RICEFW object design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Lead the technical conversion of ABAP objects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring adherence to S/4HANA best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of ABAP developers.
- Manage lift-and-shift activities and necessary code remediation for S/4HANA compatibility.

**Team & Project Management**:

- Coordinate and manage a team of developers, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
- Track progress and provide regular updates on development and integration activities to project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, standards, and governance frameworks.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI (BTP) development and migration from PI/PO.
- Proficient in SAP ABAP development, especially in the context of S/4HANA transition.
- Knowledge of SAP functional integration touchpoints across modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, etc.).
- Experience in managing RICEFW inventories in large-scale SAP implementations or migrations.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP Certification in CPI and/or ABAP.
- Prior experience in full-cycle S/4HANA migration projects.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
