Job description and responsibilities:

- Responsible for monitoring the construction project schedule and ensuring delivery of milestones on time.
- Responsible for managing or performing work related to integrating construction project conceptual, functional, and engineering design.
- Responsible for supervising in the execution of the construction project plan, including Fitting-out activities, Design, Construction Planning, Mechanical, and the maintenance of site safety.
- Responsible for managing multiple teams led by Managers in various building works on the construction project.
- Responsible for leading the Manager, Quantity Surveyor in QS matters including but not limited to variation orders, estimation, manpower projection etc.
- Responsible for managing major clients and consultants and is able to influence, negotiate and solve complex issues during the course of the project.
- Accountable for controlling project budget, including material and manpower resources.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Construction Management / Building Studies related disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years working experience in construction industry as Project Director or Senior Project Manager preferably in fit-out industry.
- Familiar with the project cycle from commencement to handing over procedures with the authorities as well as all related business partners.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge, sense and skills in overall project management.
- Good leadership in managing project teams.
- Strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
- Short Notice or Immediate availability preferred.
