Process Associate Engineer (12-hour Shift)

Yishun, Singapore

**Position Summary**:
Handle AVI recipe setup, software validation and installation, daily review of line issues and guide process techncians

**What You Will Do**:

- Review daily issues highlighted in shift passdown, ensure lots are disposed correctly by shift personnel and take appropriate action if see anything abnormal (new or uncommon defects, high yield loss cases etc).
- Perform initial investigation for new or unknown defect issues detected.
- Perform first pass analysis, investigation and disposition of lots on hold.
- Support Yield Engineering Engineers on data collection and engineering support requests.
- Monitor machine performance and feedback to equipment counterpart if any drift or abnormality observed.
- Work with and provide guidance with shift technicians to provide excellent line support on line related issues
- Handle Process work, AVI recipe development for Auto Visual Inspection tools.
- Recipe optimization to reduce over and under-detection of defects.
- Support in deriving new OCAP for shift VI PAE to follow up on known process issue.
- Make updates to documentations and specifications whenever there is a change involved or on any new fan out or as per production requirement.
- Work with other department to provide AVI data and relevant images for data collection or issues when required.
- Experience with automated Defect Inspection and review tools (Camtek, KLA) recipe setup will be advantageous.

**What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications)**:

- Able to work on Day Shift 7:50am-8:00pm. Willing to work on Night Shift if required.
