**Responsibilities**:

- Geographical Partnership with country and regional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracies
- Functional Partnership with leaders, to advise, capture and plan financial expectations
- Project financials management cycle, from initialization to benefits realization tracking
- Collaborate and drive efficient reporting datasets - analyse, investigate, condense and articulate regional variances to propose and aid decisions
- Lead and drive expense reporting alignment for the region in accordance with policies
- Process streamlining to efficiently track and manage monthly expenses, accruals and forecast validation
- Coordinate and consolidate budget & forecasts across various functions and sub-regions
- Support ASC FP&A team on projects, business cases, and other assignments

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years Regional Finance Partnering, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting in a large corporation
- APAC, China/India markets, P2P workflow, ERP rollout/migration, experiences advantageous
- Minimum tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting. Professional accounting qualifications desirable.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Finance based analytical skills
- ERP systems experience, Cognos TM1, Workday Finance, Coupa, Apptio & visualization tools advantageous
- Self-starter, inquisitive, pragmatic nature
- Collaboration focused, team player
- Forward thinking and ability to deliver in a remote, fast paced, dynamic and matrixed organizational environment
- Can-do, willing to learn & grow attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people management skills
