We are on a mission to transform our finance operations to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and harness the power of data analytics. We are seeking a talented Finance Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects and gain valuable experience and hands on experience in the finance transformation.

Join our team and be part of a transformational journey to reshape our finance function. Together, we will drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and leverage technology to unlock new opportunities and deliver sustainable business growth.

**Make an Impact by**:

- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collaborate with seasoned professionals to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data, extracting meaningful insights that contribute to strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, transforming raw data into actionable information for senior management.
- **Process Improvement**: Engage in cross-functional discussions to identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance domain. Actively participate in the design and implementation of streamlined processes to drive operational efficiency.
- **System Implementation and Optimization**: Contribute to the implementation of cutting-edge financial systems and tools, gaining exposure to the latest technologies in the field. Work closely with the team to optimize existing systems, ensuring they align seamlessly with the evolving needs of our business.
- **Documentation**: Document and articulate processes, procedures, and system functionalities, ensuring clarity and knowledge transfer within the team. Maintain a comprehensive repository of documentation related to financial transformations and improvements.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Foster collaboration with various departments, including IT, accounting, and business units, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to financial process optimization

**Skills for Success**:

- Currently pursuing in a degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics and BI
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and familiarity with programming (Python/R), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and automation tools (UiPath).
- **Analytical Skills**:Strong quantitative analysis, business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- **Soft Skills**: Clear communication, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- **Project Management**:Strong time management, documentation, and reporting abilities
