The Executive/VIP Consultant provides essential support to SIRVA’s corporate clients in managing the designated client’s personnel who are relocating for a job assignment.
The Executive/VIP Consultant is responsible for the daily service delivery of the designated clients’ relocation programs and will serve as the single point of accountability for each transferee’s relocation. You will be required to be accessible on a 24/7 basis and must be willing and able to resolve issues whenever called upon to do so.
The Consultant will provide an exceptional level of oversight of each customer’s move or assignment. You will need to communicate in a highly proactive manner and will serve as the Ambassador for SIRVA, ensuring that any customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
The Consultant’s performance is measured by SIRVA's overall customer satisfaction, along with any applicable global metrics - i.e. amended rates, Fallout rates, referral fee capture, ancillary service utilization, and share of wallet conversion.

Functions and Responsibilities;
- Global: Oversee the delivery of the entire spectrum of assignment management services, including policy counseling, destination services, household goods shipping, destination services, intercultural services, visa/immigration services, ongoing assignment support, and repatriation.
- Interpret the designated clients’ international assignment policies and procedures and evaluate different options to provide advice and consultation to international assignees based on their particular needs and country-specific requirements.
- Provide ongoing consultation to the assignee during the entire length of the international assignment.
- Manage the expenses associated with the international assignment for designated assignees.
- Participate, as required in Sales efforts, demonstrating a strong level of knowledge and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with the Director of client Engagement (DCE) to achieve client goals; actively participate in quarterly and annual reviews, run reports as needed in response to client requests and recommend process improvements to drive efficiencies.
- Participate and coordinate weekly client meetings as required and become the knowledge expert on client policy and operating procedures.
- Participate, as required in Sales efforts, demonstrating a strong level of knowledge and passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Global Assignment Consultant or Senior Global Assignment Consultant
- Ability to identify potential problems and develop effective solutions without immediate direction or supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Detailed understanding of all International Assignment Management processes
