The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of Radiometer instrument. Enable achievement of RSIN Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) through delivering excellence in Services activities.

This position is part of the commercial South East Asia team which is a part of the High Growth Markets (HGM) Region located in Singapore and will be a hybrid working position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Perform service work and maintain technical knowledge across devices
- Conduct annual and semi-annual servicing on all installed analysers in line with the documented Preventative Maintenance schedule
- Ensure all unplanned or on demand analyser service is to be performed in accordance with the customer’s Service Agreement and relevant RSIN processes

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Tertiary Engineering qualification: Biomedical engineering or Electrical & Electronic engineering qualification
- Competent user across Microsoft Applications
- Ability to travel, including a valid drivers’ license

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Working on electronic and or mechanical devices.
- Working with cross functional teams
