Avp/vp, Rewards

**Responsibilities**:

- In this role, you will report to the Head of Resourcing with matrix reporting line to Head of Rewards and be part of the Human Capital organization in Maybank Singapore.
- Design and manage the development, implementation and administration of total rewards programs across all job levels in line with the Bank’s philosophy.
- Participate in the salary survey with the third party vendors, analyze market data results, understand the latest market trends and make recommendations according to the best practices.
- Review, develop, and implement a competitive benefit program in line with the Bank’s proposition of work-life balance.
- Provide technical advice in incentive plan design and ensure alignment to the regulatory requirements, business strategy, and the Group’s guidelines.
- Design, develop and drive relevant HR policies; including partnering Group HR on improvement of current policies.
- Support all operational and compliance/regulatory-related reporting.
- Support audit/compliance-related activities.
- Act as Business Risk & Compliance Officer and provide advisory to stakeholders on HR Risk and Compliance matters.

**Requirements**:

- A degree holder with at least 8 years of direct experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards.
- Experience in designing, managing and implementing rewards plans/programs in a medium/large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and methodologies including the legislative regulations and compliance.
- Prior experience in Financial Services and/or Banking sector will be advantageous.
- Detailed oriented, analytical, able to work independently and high initiative.
- Analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge and experienced in incentive plan design and policy would be advantageous.
- Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge of macro, dashboard, and automation will be advantageous
