Our Active Ageing Centres engage seniors in clusters, catering to their needs through tailored programs and befriending initiatives. As a Programme Associate, you are key to achieving the objectives and meeting management and funder targets, including supporting vulnerable seniors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promotion of eldercare services and programs.
- Effective conduct and support of active ageing programs.
- Encouragement of active participation among seniors.
- Coordination of care and support services.
- Provision of support to seniors at outreach events.
- Timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties and work outside regular hours.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree from any discipline.
- Proficient in Google Suite Applications.
- Able to work independently and at the same time work well as a team player.
- **Genuine interest to engage our seniors in the community.**:
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Pleasant, proactive and highly accountable for the work assigned.
