This is a role in the central kitchen - new B2C business unit. This business is fast expanding and therefore we’re hiring people across different functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, implement, upkeep, update FSMS
- Conduct internally training on food safety, halal and quality
- Assist to ensure all PRP requirement are met
- Conduct pre-audits, facilitate internal/external audits
- Work with QC and Lab members as a Team
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Min 3 years QAQC experience in food industry
- Familiar with FSMS implementation - ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRCGS
