We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Resident Engineer in Singapore.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a resident engineer or similar role, specializing in HCI and Nutanix Database Service (NDB).
- Solid grasp of HCI concepts and products like VMware vSAN, Nutanix, or Cisco HyperFlex.
- Deep understanding of networked database solutions, including architecture, optimization, and administration.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or KVM.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex HCI and NDB solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with timely issue resolution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers and team members.
- Preferred certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Work with customers to understand their needs and create customized HCI and NDB solutions. Install, configure, and optimize HCI and NDB systems, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor performance metrics and address bottlenecks or problems proactively.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements.
- Participate in pre-sales activities like product demos and technical presentations.
