Our Client, Manufacturing industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a **Sales Support Executive.
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the assigned sales team with key process execution and sales activation including, but not limited to, customer onboarding, samples, quality assurance, pricing requests, customer agreements and ad hoc support.
- Provide general knowledge to support the execution of sales processes for assigned accounts and problems to ensure we deliver on customer requirements.
- Support the sales managers on routine operational activities and develop strong customer relationships at various levels within the customer's organization.
- Develop customers and prospects insights on consumer driven new profitable opportunities, building a consistent and highly performing portfolio of offers.
- Analyze the projects started with R&D and give a better understanding of failure / success of every project.
- Support Sales team to better understand the market region through data to enable further penetration to each country.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine the evolution of each component forecast cost and give weekly feedbacks to the Sales team.
- Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
- Ability to give regular updates and insights on relevant markets.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with strong customer service mindset.
- Need to lead a team before
- Possess effective organizational and follow up skills, paying attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner.

- Location: West
- 5 days work week
