**Get to know the Team**

The Fulfilment Interface team at Grab is responsible for building and managing the platform that provides accurate and relevant service options and fulfilment capabilities across the various Grab Mobility and Delivery services, whilst ensuring that they are eventually met in a reliable and timely manner.

We are a large and diverse team who work fast, push the boundaries while embracing failure and a culture of lifelong learning, accepting that things don’t always work out. We need folks who are customer-obsessed, action-oriented, great team players, able to think outside the box and get things done even if it seems impossible and highly ambiguous. You will have the opportunity to tackle a nascent problem area at Grab and some of the largest scale technical challenges in the industry, positively shaping the lives of millions.

**Get to know the Role**

As a Lead Product Manager for the Fulfilment Interface team, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the product strategy for the problem space, working closely with a team of talented Engineers / Data Scientists / Analysts / Business Owners to execute on that strategy
- Define a clear outlook / roadmap for quoting predicted and real-time Fulfilment Capabilities for Grab’s differentiated service offerings across Mobility and Deliveries while delivering an exceptional user experience
- Collaborate closely with Vertical product teams and country stakeholders on refining the value propositions of Grab’s services, drive go-to-market execution and continuously raising product quality
- Explore and help extend the reach of predictive and real-time signals (e.g. ETAs, marketplace health classifications) that can be used to power new and existing Fulfilment use-cases across Grab
- Understand and appreciate unique considerations, constraints, and perspectives of stakeholders, using this context to influence the right decisions to be made and build minimum-loveable products
- Coming up with product ideas, doing product discovery to identify the right opportunities while also measuring the impact of your work and decisions consistently

**Qualifications**

Ideally you possess the following:

- 5+ years direct experience in product management at a tech company, preferably in either platform or user-centric products
- Passion for solving challenging problem spaces and possess a bias for action to deliver incredible customer experiences
- Possess a strong analytical, customer-centric and owner’s mindset for your products and work
- Able to use critical thinking and data to guide decision making
- An excellent communicator and is able to work and influence stakeholders across different cultures and teams
- Comfortable with engaging in technical discussions or delivering business presentations depending on the setting, and also being able to clearly explain both concepts to a wide variety of audiences (technical and non-technical)
- Strong experience in all stages of the product lifecycle
- Enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
