The Administrator is to provide administrative & coordinating support to the Chairpersons of the council. He / She is expected to work closely with the caretaker & cleaning team to maintain the building. The administrator will work primarily in an office setting.
- Administrative_
- Manage Room Bookings
- Issue Payment Vouchers & Cheques
- Prepare bank documents and authorized signatories
- Liaise with government authorities and manage Corpass Account
- Manage Payroll of Joint Council Staff
- Prepare Auditing documents
- Record minutes of meetings
- Coordinate church weddings
- Assist Pastors in preparing circulars on policy changes
- Receive mails and deliveries
- Facility / Building maintenance:_
- Maintenance of building & liaise with contractors on repairs
- Liase with Government body regarding building liscences.
- Work with the Caretaker and Cleaning Team
**Qualifications and Key Competencies**:
- Able to multi-task
- Interpersonal skills
- Responsible and team-oriented
- Knowledge of church operations is advantageous.

**Salary**: From $2,600.00 per month
