Treasury Analyst

**Job Dimension**
- Aware of the various external bank and legal requirements to facilitate the execution of Treasury, cash management and trade finance related matters
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve Treasury and cash management issues
- Process and handle all Treasury, banking and cash management related matters timely and in compliance to TotalEnergies group and Trading & Shipping (T&S) procedures

**Activities**
- Ad hoc reporting as and when required
- Liaise with different departments such as Accounting, Credit, Operations within the company and, other relevant departments of Geneva and Paris offices or other TotalEnergies group companies for operational and ad hoc treasury related matters and issues
- Liaise with external banks and TotalEnergies Treasury for operational and ad hoc treasury and banking related matters and issues
- Liaise with external counterparties / suppliers to verify bank details for internal control purposes
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Prepare quarterly working capital forecast process in TTA and coordinate across various departments in Singapore, Geneva and Paris
- Prepare the daily / monthly / quarterly reporting of trading cargo and vessel related payments and receipts to various departments
- Process and execute FX hedging for various bank accounts and currency balances; forex fixing using internal foreign currency conversion platform to cover non-USD bank accounts balances, as and when required
- Process and execute payments and receipts timely and accurately using internal trade system and internal / external banking platforms according to the various cut off times of the external banks and TotalEnergies Treasury
- Support the Credit and Operation departments in monitoring trade financing / discounting / silent cover payments and receipts
- Update, check and monitor daily cash flows across the various bank accounts and currency balances
- Update our bank on daily basis regarding payments and receipts

**Objectives**
- Carry out all the Treasury processes in accordance to TotalEnergies group and T&S procedures, internal control / SOX / audit and Legal and Compliance requirements
- Due to the extent of information acquired in the course of their duties, the jobholder must respect the rules of confidentiality
- The jobholder is to carry out the Treasury, settlement and banking responsibilities of the company’s commercial, trading and overheads activities effectively and accurately
- Responsible to constantly ensure and demonstrate accuracy, diligence and reactivity in all facets of the Treasury Analyst role handling all Treasury, banking and cash management related matters

**Context and environment**
- Activity particularly increases around month-end and quarter-end in addition to daily routine
- TTA supports TotalEnergies’ Group Asian marketing activities in addition to international trading and marketing with TOTSA in Fuel Oil, Middle Distillates, Gasoline, Naphtha, LPG, Crude Oil Products and Petrochemicals

**Education and Work Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent (Bac + 3) with some accounting background preferred

**Essential Qualities**
- Able to cope and adapt well with stress in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, as well as multi-task for urgent requests
- Meticulous, professional, responsible, efficient, confident, able to work both independently and as a team player within / with other departments and management, demonstrates good communication skills and close attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate digital mind-set and the ability to acquire new digital skills
- Knowledge in Power BI and Python is a plus
