Our client is a global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

**About the role**:

- Implement and manage project controls processes; work with project team to develop, generate, analyze project progress and performance reports by using project management techniques, and report potential problems/problem areas
- Provide the notification to OWNER ’s project team in any delay activities including critical activities on critical path and recommend corrective action.
- Review FEED Contractor’s progress report and corrective action plan then propose the remedial actions for all identified problem areas associated with schedule slippage
- Prepare any document for supporting OWNER’s project team to follow up the work
- Develop the progress and milestone verification procedure including all required documents in accordance with the requirement in the FEED Contract
- Verify the completeness of each progress and Milestone achievements documents submitted by FEED Contractor’s for all stages of work against the Contract requirements and comment to FEED Contractor’s when found the incompleteness and initial approve
- Prepare and update, on a regular basis, project payment and forecasts report.
- Perform the administration work related to change management and work variation (register/record/update status of change request and work variation;
- Coordinate PMC team and OWNER team to perform the works;
- Manage and be responsible for PMC team to complete the requirements as discipline’s Role and Responsibility;
- Qualify and verify the discipline’s evaluation/study report before sending to OWNER;
- Connect with PMC’s home office to get access from PMC’s database.
- Participate in the project activities as required by OWNER.
- Prepare reports Weekly, Monthly Reports of the progress of Work covering all stages of the project and FEED phase completion report to notify concerning, recommendation for area of problem;
- Others as requested by OWNER

**About you**:

- At least 15 years experiences in project control in international FEED/EPC and/or PMC organization
- Experience in project control at least one (1) project in the gas processing, oil & gas, chemicals, petrochemicals or refineries.
- Experiences in ‘project close-out’ activities
- At least bachelor degree or lower but obtaining professional certification in Project Management.
