We are looking for **Retail Assistants**who are passionate about **customer service, heritage storytelling, and growing with a fast-paced startup**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable **customer service**to all visitors.
- Assist customers in curating **gift sets and heritage-inspired purchases**.
- Manage **cashiering, POS operations, and payment handling**with accuracy.
- Support **stock management**: receiving, replenishing, and merchandising products.
- Ensure the store is **clean, organized, and visually appealing**at all times.
- Uphold **food safety and hygiene standards**(SFA requirements).
- Work as a team to achieve **sales targets and brand objectives**.
- Support store activities such as **seasonal promotions, events, and content shoots**.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail, F&B, or customer service preferred (training provided).
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is an advantage (tourist crowd).
- **Positive, service-oriented, and adaptable**personality.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays at Sentosa.
- Startup mindset**:willing to learn, contribute ideas, and grow with the brand**.
