**Qualifications**:

- Professional Certificate/NiTEC / Diploma in Interior Design or any related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience with experience in Interior Design / Project Managing

**Requirements**:

- Full-time positions only
- Speaks another language besides English. (Ability to converse in Mandarin is a bonus - to handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking clients)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup (V-ray rendering),3ds Max Photoshop, illustrator & other design-based skills.
- Strong 3D and graphic sense
- Strong sense of conceptual design approach
- Dedicated and passionate about design
- Innitiative, motivated and fast learner

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and work closely with Design Director to manage projects and documentation
- Develop and execute high-quality interior design concepts
- Oversee interior design process for the entire project consistent with the project timeline, budget, and quality
- Quotation sourcing from existing and new suppliers
- Preparing quotations, layout plans, design concepts, and mood boards
