We are looking for a** Warehouse Clerk** to join our Maintenance team in Neste Singapore.

We have a small team of experts working in the Maintenance Warehouse Team. Our team is responsible to support and execute a safe, efficient and effective Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) material management for Singapore Refinery successful operational excellence. And for continuous successful scheduled/un-scheduled shutdown maintenance.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, your main responsibilities include

Administrative Duties
- Primary owner for administrative tasks related to the warehousing activities such as order receiving, label & storage and material order fulfilment
- Maintain high data integrity for system transactions in the computerized maintenance management system.
- Maintain proper documentation records system and scan digital copy of documents into the material management system.
- Liaise and coordinate stock transfer from external stakeholder as requested from warehouse operation team.
- Manage and coordinate delivery appointment booking system with the warehouse operation team for approval.

Inventory Audit & Management
- Support inventory audits, annual physical stock count, and periodic cycle counting during weekends.
- Support stock count tabulation and update system stock level into the material management systems.

Safety, Security and 5S culture
- Maintain proper 5S housekeeping for a safe and clean workplace.
- Maintain a satisfactory standard of security and access for the purpose of safe custody of documents.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner following all safety policies and procedures with the objective of a zero incident workplace.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor in Singapore Neste Refinery Tuas

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- _Minimum ‘O’ Level or above_
- _At least 1-2 years relevant experience in equivalent administrative role_
- _Experienced in data entry and document management_
- _Familiar with PC & office productivity tools (i.e MS Excel or Google Gmail, Sheets & etc)_
- _Team player with good problem-solving and communication skills_

We also value
- _Prior experience in warehousing environment will be advantageous_
- _Relevant academic certificate in warehousing or logistics management_

The recruitment process will include interviews and possible aptitude assessment.

The person selected for the position must pass a health. A security clearance is obtained for the persons with their consent.
