**Responsibilities**
- Manage assembly factories and component suppliers (local or overseas) on quality issues & control.
- Oversee non-conforming components and interface with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Review assembly factories process work instructions, inspection and test plans, ensuring compliance with authorities and client requirements.
- Support product/Process qualification as required.
- Perform on-site shipping inspections for products if required.
- Make FA Report to customer (Faulty Analysis
- cause analysis, CAPA to make) after discussion with customer, project leader and production leader.
- Follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely resolution of quality issues and collaborate CAPA closure within required timelines.
- Prepare Quality Plan that supports the project and clients’ requirements on quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC).
- Define and develop test methodologies and test requirements
- Perform all other assigned duties

**Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in engineering or relevant field preferably in Electronics
- Minimum 3~5 years' relevant experience in Quality / Process capacity in a manufacturing industry or related field is preferred.
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Reliable and Trustworthy
- Experience with ISO systems and management preferred
