**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for all aspects of design, development, operations, administration, training and support of key SharePoint infrastructure and business solutions, and ensuring quality delivery of the requirements fulfillment
- Ensure best practices are followed and perform code review on the deliverables from the support team
- Drive user adoption for newer technologies in knowledge management that are measurable
- Knowledge systems Information Architecture and Governance
- Business stakeholders and key user management

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Engineering
- At least 10 years of IT experience with 5 years of managing or leading delivery in Microsoft SharePoint Technologies
- Experience in Application and Administration PowerShell scripting
- Experience in Webpart development, Portal development with SPFx framework, React JS, CSOM, APIs, MS SQL, Power Shell scripting, SharePoint Administration and knowledge in RDBMS.
- At least 2 years’ experience in delivery related to user adoption.
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSA) will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years in a related team supervisory, technical lead role.
- Familiar and comfortable with change management processes.
