JR38007 Intern - NVEG PE Business Operations

**Critical Responsibilities**:

- **Metric Management**:Co-development of critical organization and program metrics to drive future actions and initiatives.
- **OpEx Budget Management**:Co-ownership and support of the department budget analysis, including headcount analysis, expense analysis and tracking, delivery of quarterly budget deliverables in close partnership with HR and Finance, and coordinating details and materials for Executive Budget and Plan-over-Plan Reviews.
- **CapEx Budget Management**:Co-ownership and support of the annual capital budget analysis, including monthly analysis in close partnership with Capital and Finance.
- **Processes**:Partner with the Business Operations Manager in the refinement of existing processes to continuously improve efficiency and impact.
- **Best Practices**:Partner with the Business Operations Manager and leaders across the company to identify best practices, share ideas, compare metrics and align programs where appropriate.
- **Communications**:Partner with the Business Operations Manager in applicable aspects of department communications, including the preparation and update of dashboards, reports and presentation materials for Executives, as needed.
- **Special Projects**:Lead or co-lead special projects, as needed, in support of NVEG PE.

- Engineering, IT or Business-related course
