**Overview**:
We are based in Singapore and our main focus is designing, marketing and selling of technology products for consumers and commercial markets. Our sales channel is mainly B2B2C, our customers are global. We are profitable and growing fast.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead and manage the teams of finance professional and partners. This person will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and ensuring solid governance and compliance across our international businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the finance team residing in different regions in the world
- Ensure all financial operations are in compliance with local and global law and regulations: accounting regulations, tax regulations, import/ export regulations etc
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support business decisions making and resource allocation
- Make recommendations and manage transfer pricing decisions
- Produce consolidated financial reports, on time and accurately, for decisions makers.
- Ensure robust internal control systems and financial policies are in line with international standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and regulatory authorities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance role, including minimum last 5 years of hands-on experience in international business
- Experience in international finance practices, across Asia Pacifice/Europe/America, has added advantages

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in accounting / Finance
- Relevant Master Degree, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent certificate has added advantage
