Work independently with product management/leadership teams, birding the gap between non-tech and tech parties to understand requirements, design and build new features and insightful metrics focused on making top class user experience.
- Build tools and drive system improvements to make it easier for customer and app teams to adopt and use the platform.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends and tools and suggests new technologies and processes to meet business demands.
- Expert in processes and able to leverage best practices to define and improve existing processes to ensure efficiency.
- Proficient in Javascript, Typescript and CICD concepts
- Accountable end-to-end for both Development and Operations, optimizing code for sustainable operations.
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and support to junior team members.

RequirementsSkills for Success:

- Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering
- 3 years of experience in a related discipline
- C#.NET or Java or Javascript development experience
- Backend development experience
- Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Good grasp of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development
- Experience in building text, dialogue chatbots, make conversations great and help clients build and tuning intriguing conversation flow.
- Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams.
- Communication & stakeholder management skills
- Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues.
- A can-do attitude with a bias for action
- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month

**Experience**:
