Scope is limited to providing Hand & Feet Deskside support onsite. Any remote activity like MDM is out of scope for DSS Team.
- Connect Worker Devices in scope: iPhone, iPad, Honeywell, Smart EX ,Sonim, Zebra, Blackline, Mobilus ,Trimble
- Responsibilities include the following activities:
Responding to all CW Service Now tickets that are entered into the queue
- Hardware troubleshooting for any CW device as listed
- Assisting end users with performing Hardware OS updates/refreshes for any CW device as listed
- Hardware enrolment and provisioning for any CW device as listed
- Hardware training for any CW device as listed
- Refreshing/Updating hardware training materials (tutorials, workshops, etc.) for any CW device as listed above
- Escalating issues to the appropriate product line team (i.e., network, Enterprise Mobility, etc.)
- Create the initial escalation path spreadsheet
- Update and refresh the escalation path spreadsheet anytime new changes are uncovered
- New hardware deployments for any CW device as listed
- Escalating hardware issues to vendor if it cannot be resolved internally
- Monitoring and performing all IRM tasks and controls from Service Now as it relates to CW devices (i.e., Blackline). Ensuring all compliance tasks are completed before the due date specified for the CMDB entry.
- Perform patching and updates for CW devices if needed and notify end users

**Salary**: $1,796.23 - $3,000.00 per month

- Early shift
- Monday to Friday
