**Responsibilities**:

- Perform receptionist and administrative duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, answering phone inquiries, data entry, and filing.
- Ability to dispense Chinese herbal medicine to clients based on physician’s prescription
- Conduct regular stock-taking of clinic supplies and coordinate with external vendors for logistics.
- Accurately update billing records and reconcile daily collections.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level
- An interest in and knowledge of TCM and healthcare is a plus.
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Basic IT knowledge and ability to assist with data entry and CRM systems.

职责：
- 协助中医师和健康顾问进行咨询
- 执行前台和行政工作，包括患者登记、预约安排、接听电话询问、数据录入和归档等。
- 根据中医师处方配药
- 定期进行诊所物资的盘点，并与外部供应商协调物流事宜。
- 准确更新账单记录并对每日收款进行核对。
- 负责诊所的日常运营管理

要求与资格：
- 拥有 GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level
- 对中医和健康护理有兴趣和了解者优先。
- 强烈的客户服务意识
- 具备基本的IT知识，能够协助数据录入和使用客户关系管理系统。
