**Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team to design optimal patterns and solutions for the business requirement. Responsible for generating architecture documents, logical flows and models to keep the team informed on the architecture of the platform

2. Design, develop, and deliver product features in webapp and APIs that are highly scalable and available. Work with product managers to measure, analyze, and improve user experience using tools and frameworks for large-scale product experimentation.

3. Provide internal technical guidance to support deployment of products for industrial plants, utility facilities, commercial building etc. in one or more of the fields.

4. Analyze the technology environment, enterprise specifics, participate in emerging technologies and make recommendations based on business needs, stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

5. Share technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers, team members, customers, and partners

6. Provide consultancy and advisory support to customers in their digital transformation journey and technical support to pre-sales team in sales pursuit

7. Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
1. 10 years of working experience from technical job roles is required

2. 10 years’ hand-on experience as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer with Java/Python

3. API and Microservices are a must have skills

4. Fluent in English

5. Good communication and teamwork spirits.

6. Ability to handle global customer meetings and discussions, and adapt to working with people from different countries with different cultures

7. Be able to work under pressure

8. Development background is required to understand and communicate with engineering team.

9. Comfortable with Agile development and continuous integration build environments

10. Product and Solution design experience.
