Nanyang Optical is an established retail optical chain with outlets located in strategic locations (Wisma Atria, Parkway Parade, NorthPoint City, and Stars of Kovan) across Singapore.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are looking for Optometrists to join our retail optical stores.
- Monthly 8 - 9 off days, choice of off days
- Daily opening hours: 11am - 9pm (till further notice)
- Overtime payment

**Overall job objectives**

Responsible for managing sales and technical functions at the retail store

**Job responsibilities**
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and profit targets;
- Responsible for contact lens and frames sales and conduct eye checks
- Ensure timely collections by customers;
- Assist junior staff in sales & handling customer complaints;
- Attend to customers on sales related matters;
- Conduct eye refractions for customers;
- Assist managers in implementing in-house policies;
- Carry out housekeeping tasks such as general cleaning;
- Implement programs and policies from seniors / managers;
- Handle customer’s different mode of payments and point-of-sale transaction;
- Dispensing jobs to laboratories;
- Good Knowledge in contact lens refraction & fitting; and
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
