Gain knowledge of the BT (Billing Transformation) system through participation in UAT and various change management activities like change impact analysis, functional walk-through, etc.
- Attend train-the-trainer sessions by the vendor and be ready to conduct train-the-trainer and end-user trainings independent of vendor
- Work closely with and guide training admin and IT team in preparing the venue and setting up IT environment
- Assist with building and testing of the training environment, and provide support and troubleshoot issues that arise in the training environment
- Design, develop and maintain instructional materials (such as presentations), online learning material, etc.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer training and end-user-training where necessary
- Partner with go-live institution based trainers to conduct end-user training, meeting the timeline to complete end-user training for go-live
- Incorporate feedback from others into existing training and training administration procedures
- Prepare training lessons, and printing materials, and set up the training room and environment prior to the training session
- Present information verbally and in writing in a clear and easy-to-understand manner

**Requirements**:

- At least a Degree holder
- Knowledge in SAP
- Training experience in internal IT team/ end-user setting

**Benefits**:

- 1 year renewable contract, salary up to $6,500 with AWS + 3 months Bonus
