**Direct Search Global is working closely with an international Marine Supplier to fill a role of HR Manager to be based in their Singapore office. Their office is based in the West - easily accessible.**
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including hands on recruitment and payroll.
- Provide strategic assistance to Head of HR in aligning human capital management with business objectives.
- Work closely with HR team to provide solutions to enhance HR processes, encompassing talent acquisition, training, and compensation.
- Identify and analyze factors influencing employee engagement.
- Ensure adherence to Singaporean labor laws and corporate policies, maintaining legal compliance of employment contracts.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process in Singapore office.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies to close the job vacancies in Singapore office.
- Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure strict compliance with all personnel administration activities within legal frameworks.
- Review and suggest better HR processes to improve productivity and efficiency with the overall business strategy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years of HR Business Partner.
- Knowledge of payroll system, preferably BIPO, is essential
- Strong HR operations and talent acquisition/management experience, preferably gained in a fast-paced work environment.
- Independent, resilience and proactive.
- Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior HR shared services experience will be an added advantage.
